Psychotherapy helps you develop insight and understanding into concerns that have caused you distress.  Psychotherapy, is not a process that focuses exclusively on the negative aspects of one’s life, but, rather, includes recognition of strengths, talents, skills, resilience and commitment to change.  Through the therapeutic process you will acquire tools and concepts that will improve your ability to cope with stressful situations for the rest of your life.
